Classlist
Our school parents communicate via an App called Classlist. This is the way you are kept up to date with events and news and how the Class Reps contact you. Please see the attached flyer for further information. Please note that existing children will be moved into their new classes as the beginning of the summer holidays in preparation for the new academic year.
Autumn Term School Lunches
The school meal service will start on Friday 5th September. The lunch menus have been loaded onto our
website and you will be able to order your child's lunches via
Parentpay for the next term from
Tuesday 12th August. If you have any concerns regarding the allergens, please
click here for detailed information from St Joseph's.
Please be aware that it has been necessary to change the ordering timescales to provide our Hub kitchen with accurate meal numbers. We will now require orders to be placed by Monday 12.30pm for the whole of the following week (therefore up to 11 days in advance).
For the first day of term on Friday 5th September, meal orders will need to be entered on Parentpay by Monday 25th August. For lunches for the whole of week commencing 8th September, please order by 12.30pm on Monday 1st September. Orders after this date cannot be accepted for w/c 8th September.
The lunches for new Reception children will commence on Wednesday 10th, so please order by Monday 1st September.
Parents can choose which days children have a school meal. If not having a school meal, children need to bring in a packed lunch to eat in school in a named container/lunch box. Packed lunches should be balanced and healthy, (please do not include sweets or chocolates) – a biscuit or small cake is fine - and nothing that contains nuts of any type i.e. no peanut butter or hazelnut spread type products), kiwi or sesame.

Uniform orders via PMG - PMG Schoolwear will be operating an appointment system over the summer for visits to their stores. They strongly suggest early booking as spaces are limited and the stores can be very busy, especially in the last few weeks of the Summer.
Please note that their Cut Off Date for ordering is August 12th, after which uniform items may not be available before children go back to school in September. PMG website -

PTA Update – Thank You for an Incredible Year!
What a fantastic year it’s been! We've loved hosting a variety of fun events for children, families, and carers—creating joyful moments for the kids and great opportunities for parents to connect. We hope you’ve enjoyed them as much as we have!
Thanks to your support, we’ve raised an incredible £20,883 this year—all of which goes directly to benefiting our school and children.
This year we’ve helped fund an amazing £29,219 worth of projects, including:
-
A major contribution to the new playground shelter
-
Classroom resources and Bee-Bots for programming fun
-
Enriching experiences like workshops during the Year 2 Tower of London trip
-
A visit from a professional athlete during Sports Week
We couldn’t do any of this without our amazing PTA team—and now, we need you! Some of our current committee members are moving on as their children head to juniors, so we’re looking for new friendly faces to join our team. Whether you want to help out occasionally or get more involved, we’d love to hear from you.
Got fundraising ideas or want to get involved?
