This term the Eco Warriors will be on wildlife watch!
We will be researching the wildlife that currently uses our school grounds and trying to encourage this further. We have already had a go at making hanging bird feeders out of multi grain hoops for the birds and will be visiting our outdoor areas to come up with a plan to encourage more wildlife.If any children across the school have some spare time and would like to research local wildlife for our ’Eco’ display board in the dining hall, we would love to put any posters, creations or work up! Similarly, if you and your family fancy a new project, National Nest Box week is coming up in February and we would love to put up any nesting boxes or bird feeders around the school that the children have made and brought in.
