As you know, our aim is to provide your child with the best possible education and through your continuing funding we can offer our pupils an enhanced learning environment and teaching support.
The Chalfont St Giles Infants and Junior School Trust Funds were established by the Governors in 1997 to provide extra teaching support throughout the School, as County and Government funding was not sufficient to cover the teaching resource that was needed to provide the balanced education for our children. The funds were merged to create a single Village School Trust Fund in 2016.
The school is committed to providing high quality teaching at levels above the minimum standards and we are fortunate that through the generosity of donations from parents and guardians we have been able to provide extra resource both in terms of staffing and also improved school facilities. This can only continue if new parents carry on the tradition of assisting the school. We are grateful for any donations, but suggest a contribution of £10 per month per family.
