Infant - Weekly Email - Friday 7th July

Dear Parents,

We hope that everyone enjoyed meeting their new teacher and exploring their new classroom on Tuesday.

Strawberry Fayre
It was lovely to see such a wonderful turnout at our Strawberry Fayre last weekend. We are still waiting for the final figure raised, however we would like to say thank you to the PTA and helpers for all their hard work. The time and effort required to put on an event like this is considerable and we know there were a lot of very tired people on Saturday evening. Thank you everyone!

Nursery Assembly
This will be held in the school hall on Thursday 20th July at 11.15 am for the children to celebrate their year in nursery. Parents are invited to watch.

Maths Story Books
We would like to introduce a maths focused story time once a week to help children embed key skills through stories. If you would like to help the school and donate a book, please click on the link below:

A big thank you to those of you who have already ordered one of the books off of our wishlist. Can you please give them into the office for the attention of Mrs Ketley once you have bought one. Thank you!

Uniform orders via PMG
PMG Schoolwear will be operating an appointment system over the summer for visits to their stores. They strongly suggest early booking as spaces are limited and the stores can be very busy, especially in the last few weeks of the Summer.
Please note that their cut off date for ordering is August 12th, after which uniform items may not be available before children go back to school in September.

We are holding a joint PTA event with the Junior School at JUMP IN Slough on Friday 29th September. Please see Classlist for all the information. Hope to see you there!
