School Amazon Wish List
Mrs Court would like to say a HUGE thank you to all the parents who have purchased books and equipment from our Amazon wish list. If you would like to buy things for the school please see the link below.
 
Phonics and Reading Presentation
Mrs Haynes and Mrs Court will be hosting this event on Monday 30th January from 5.30 pm until 6.30 pm. To date we have not had much interest. If you would like to attend please let the office know by 10 am Monday. If there is not sufficient interest this will be cancelled.
 
Updated Allergen Sheet-Week 5
Our hub kitchen have had a supplier product change. The new vegan meatballs have different allergens. The new allergen sheet has been added to our website.
 
SEN flow chart of our whole school approach
Mrs Bannister has created a flow chart for parents to explain our school’s Special Education Needs (SEN) graduated process at CSG. 
Please find it attached to this email. It has also been added to the SEN section of the school website. 
 
If you have any questions about it or specific questions about your child, please contact Mrs Bannister via the school office or the contact form on the SEN section of our website.  
 
Parking
Please remember to park considerately at school drop off and pick up times and to not obstruct the flow of traffic or the drives of the residents in School Lane.  
 
Arts Week
We are in need of clean circular plastic lids in any colour. Please can you send in any you have by February half term. Thank you.
 
HANDLING ANGER IN THE FAMILY PARENTING COURSE
A four-week course for parents and carers with children age 5 -16 helping to deal with everyday anger that all families experience 
Monday mornings (9.30am - 12 noon) OR Monday evenings (7.30pm - 10.00pm) starting on 27 February
(27 Feb, 6, 13 & 20 March) 
at The Saint James Centre, Oxford Road, Gerrards Cross, SL9 7DJ 
Cost £20 (Includes course materials and refreshments)

Why come on the course?
Learn strategies and discover practical tools to help respond to those challenging situations. 
Understand why and how both we and our children get angry. 
Discuss evidence-based theory and strategies, delivered by trained and licensed facilitators. 
Learn in small interactive groups in a relaxed setting. 

The course is developed by Care for the Family and is delivered by fully trained volunteers.  If you require any further information or a bursary, please call Stuart on 01895 236498.
