Junior - Weekly email - Friday 2nd May

Dear Parents / Carers,

We have very much enjoyed the sunshine this week and really hope that the good weather will continue over the Bank Holiday weekend.

Inter House netball - well done to all of the Year 5 and Year 6 players who took part in our Inter House netball competition today. We had an exciting afternoon of netball, kindly organised by Mrs Farshchi.

We hope that Year 5 enjoyed the cricket PE Festival at Amersham on Tuesday morning and thank you to the parents who helped on this trip. Year 5 also had The Astronomy Dome visit yesterday and this was really interesting - thank you to everyone for the financial support to enable this workshop to happen.

Well done to Mrs McCarthy, and all of the family members of our school community, who took part in the London Marathon last week. It has been lovely to hear everyone's stories from the race.

Smart Watches / internet linked / messaging enabled / camera watches - we ask that children do not wear these types of watches to school please. Thank you

Sports Week - a letter with details of the Sports Week activities has gone out this week - see here. We are pleased to invite parents in to watch the Carousel of Activities, on Wednesday and Thursday mornings,  as well as the races on Friday afternoon.

Sports Teams Kit - if you have any school team kit items at home please can you return them to school. We still have netball and football matches and we need to have kit back in school. Thank you.
