Junior - Weekly email - Friday 13th MarchJunior 0

Dear Parents / Carers

Weekly Attendance - Attendance at the Junior School this week 95.6%, year to date 95%. We are aiming for an average of 96% this year.

Thank you to Mrs Mannick for organising our World Book Day events last week and to Year 6 for organising the book sale during which they made over £50

Sadly the WWFC football taster sessions have been cancelled due to staff absences at Wycombe Wanderers.

Cook Books - Please can each child in year 6 bring in a cookbook next week for Wednesday's DT lesson (18.3.26)

Small Toy Cars / Figures - If anyone has any small toy cars or figures that they no longer need and would be willing to donate to the school, we would love to use them in our lunch time play box for years 3 and 4. Please drop these into the office

Newspapers - We always gratefully receive second hand copies of First News, The Week Junior etc. If you have any that your children have finished with please bring them into the office. Mrs Mannick

Match reports:
  • Netball 10th March  - a close match on Tuesday but the Green team did it again, beating St Mary’s and All Saints from Beaconsfield 7-5. Player of the match goes to Eloisa.
  • Netball 12th March - The Gold team played Robertswood in a league match. They won by 9 goals to 3 with a fabulous performance. Player of the match went to Sophie. Year 5 also played their very first match this evening in a friendly against Robertswood Year 5. There really was some incredible netball match play from all year 5s today and Mrs Farshchi was so impressed. They got a well deserved win  of 8–2. Theo was voted player of the match for his incredible interceptions.
  • U11s Football 12th March - a solid 4-0 win against St Marys & All Saints, Beaconsfield
