Dear Parents/Carers,
Nursery and Ruby class' assemblies this week were really good, the children were fantastic. Well done to all of you.
As such lovely weather is forecast for next week, please could we remind you to apply sunscreen to your child in the morning and to send them to school with a full water bottle and a named sun hat.
Sponsored Walk - Monday 23rd June
A sponsorship service has been set up on ParentMail in order to contribute towards the sponsored walk and raise funds for the school and Tiggywinkles. This charity was chosen by the children.
Mathseeds
Well done to all the children who have logged onto Mathseeds. In particular, Reception and Year 1 have really impressed us with the amount of lessons completed this week! The class who has engaged with Mathseeds the most is Pearl class with Ruby class in 2nd place. The children who have completed the most lessons this week are:

Science challenge
A reminder for children to complete the third science challenge by the end of June. Please see the attached letter for the details about what to do.
Monday Lunchtime Chess and Board Games Club Year 2
This will start for the second group of children on Monday 23rd June for 4 weeks. There is space still available if anyone who hasn't already signed up would like to attend. Please email the office.
Lost Property
The lost property box in the playground has lots of items in it. Please have a look if you are missing anything. Any items left in the box at the end of term will be given to charity.

Pre-loved uniform - we will be at the Nursery and Reception welcome evenings, and follow this up with a playground sale on 27 June or early the week after. We will announce it on Classlist.
