Year 5 - PGL Residential - further information and forms

Dear Year 5 Parents / Carers

 

The attached PGL trip documents cover the following:

 

  • Confirmation of final trip details
  • Behaviour letter and consent form to be signed by both parent and child
  • Drop Off & Collection confirmations 
  • Kit list 
  • Spending Money information
  • Bedding Order Details

 

You can send replies back using the attached form and returning this to the school office or there is a Google Form version that can be submitted online - https://forms.gle/1F9ToV81wUW6vLKG6

 

The bedding order option to pay via ParentMail will be activated shortly

 

The Parent Information Meeting for this trip will be held on Wednesday 30th March, in school and starting at 5pm.

 

Paper copies of these documents are available from the School Office or on the website here .
