All of the children in Year 5 will be participating in a Handball Festival to be held at Chalfont Community College, Narcot Lane, Chalfont St Peter, SL9 8TP.
Children should come in to school for a normal morning of school but wearing their PE Kit (green t-shirt, black shorts or black jogging bottoms and green hoodie) and trainers. This activity will take place outside so warm layers will be needed.
All children will need to bring in a packed lunch (to have in school) and a named water bottle to take with them for the afternoon. Children will be having their packed lunch in school and will be departing at approximately 12:30.
The children will be returning to the Junior School in time for the normal end of school day.
A consent form in attached or available on the website here. Please complete and return this consent form by Monday 26th February giving your child permission to participate in this event.
This PE Festival is organized by the Sports Partnership that is run by local secondary schools. There is no charge for this trip as membership of the Sports Partnership and coach costs to and from CCC are covered by our Government PE grant.
Yours sincerely
Mr Holmes and Miss Balaam
