Nursery- Afternoon hours - Spring Term 22/23

Dear Parent,

 

Please complete the Google form below in order for us to register your requested afternoon dates. Please complete this form even if you only want mornings.

 

Please be aware that many of our sessions have been full this term and we can not guarantee any ad hoc requests next term will be fulfilled.

 

Please can the form be completed by Friday 9th December.
