Thank you for giving consent for your child to take part in the Davenies Festival on Tuesday 22nd March. 

We would like to confirm a few final details:

Children are to be collected from the school office at 2.30pm for a 3pm start at Davenies.

Davenies have confirmed that the matches will be played on grass pitches - football boots and shin pads are essential .

Davenies have also sent the following information regarding parking for the festival:

• There is 3 hours free parking in Sainsbury's adjacent to Davenies with a connecting gate that will be open from 2.40pm. Code IN: 7777, Code OUT:2408
• The Candlemas Mead Gate entrance to Davenies' playing fields will also be open from 2.30pm
• Further up from Davenies, towards the old town and opposite The National Film and Television College, is Wattleton Road - there is plenty of free parking there.
• Gregory's Road (5 min walk to Davenies) also has free parking.
• Please no spectator parking in the loop outside the main gate at Davenies.

After the final games there will be a short presentation for all players followed by tea for all players and spectators on the terrace outside the dining room.

The festival will end around 5pm.
