Junior - Weekly Email

Dear all

Welcome back to the second half of the Autumn Term. This week we have enjoyed exploring the world of engineering and inventions as part of STEM week. Many thanks to Mr Ratcliffe for coming in to school on Tuesday to talk to all of the children about engineering. Pupils and staff all enjoyed the drama assembly on Tuesday morning - it was lovely to see so much talent and enthusiasm on show. Thank you to Mrs Golding for all of the time that she puts in to support the Drama Club children. There have been two football matches this week - both home games. Tuesday saw a convincing 9-0 win against Lent Rise and Wednesday's 3-2  win against Our Lady School mean that the team is through to the next round of the Cup. Thank you to everyone who brought in filled Bags2School bags yesterday. The PTA will let us know how much money these bags raised.

Only One You Area and painting on site - please see the latest work on the Only One You Area on the school blog here. There are still some sheds and benches that need painting if anyone has any spare afternoons this term. Please contact the School Office if you are able to help.
