Junior - Weekly Email

Dear All,
Year 3 PE Festival - we hope that the Year 3 children enjoyed their visit to Amersham School on Tuesday when they joined several other local schools to take part in a Capture the Flag Festival.
Drive by Parsonage Road entrance - if your children use the Parsonage Road entrance please can we ask you to speak to them about using the footpath. We have noticed a few children who swing round the gate or just go straight up the driveway and some drivers do drive quite quickly into school, especially the delivery drivers.
Arts Week - as the children will be engaging in various art week activities in the afternoons we do not need any parent/reading pool readers during this week. Many thanks to all of you who have offered to help with the felt workshops. I am pleased to say that we have enough helpers for these sessions.
Football and Netball - well done to the children who took part in the friendly matches against Little Chalfont on Wednesday. These games gave some of the children their first experience of playing a competitive game and were a great preparation for future matches.
School Meal Menu - the new menu for the remainder of Spring term and the Summer term and the Allergen information for week one menus have been added to the school website here.
