Junior - ParentMail issue

Dear Parents / Carers


We think that we have resolved the issue of meals being ordered in error on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week


In order to solve the problem we have had to cancel all of the orders placed for those dates. The incorrect orders had overwritten the meal items that had been ordered  for these three days adly so this information has been lost


If possible please can you go into ParentMail and add your meal orders for the rest of this week - we have opened up the system so you should be able to do this now.


Any charges accidentally made against accounts should have been cleared by removing the orders for these dates
