Dear Parents and Carers,
We have had a lovely week full of great learning and fun. When in my office and round and about the schools it is so good to hear the voices of the children enjoying their time here. Although the weather hasn't quite been up to last week's standards there is still a wonderful buzz around the school and staff are really enjoying being back into our routines.
Reception Forest School
Please note that the collection time for Reception children from Forest School will be 3.00pm and not the time stated on the letter. Apologies for the confusion.
Parent helpers in school
We are hoping that at a date after 17th May we will once again be able to have parent volunteers come into school. If you are interested in helping please let your class teacher know or email the school office by Wednesday 5th May. Once we have confirmation of what help is required we can then contact parents to confirm details. Many thanks
Please see here on our school website for further information.
Accident free in CSG
Thank you to those parking in Blizzards Yard car park and considerately around the village, rather than driving up or parking on the roads close to the schools.
It’s still really disappointing to see some people parking in dangerous places. This is not very thoughtful and we would appreciate if you could park elsewhere.
This week there has been a serious accident at a local school where a very young child was knocked over by a car. Please avoid the areas around the school so we can all keep the children safe during the busy drop off and pick up times. Thank you
