Dear Parents/Carers,
It was lovely to see all of our visitors in school this morning for our Family Day and we hope you all enjoyed coming! Thank you to our wonderful PTA for running the cafe.
Wishing you a lovely half term.
Manners Matter Week
The children have been displaying their super manners so well this week and working very hard to be as polite as they can be towards each other and the grown ups in the school. Mr Haywood and Mrs Mannion have particularly enjoyed the effusive 'good mornings' whilst seeing children in at the start of the day! Well done everyone!
Sports Day Friday 27th June 10.30 am - 12.00 pm +
Parents invited to attend and stay for a picnic lunch to enjoy with your child after we have finished our races.
All children must come with a packed lunch as there will be no hot meals on the 27th June. If you have ordered a hot school meal for this day please cancel it.
Mathseeds
Well done to everyone who has logged onto Mathseeds this week. An even better uptake this week, with Reception, in particular, logging on and completing many lessons! Please encourage your child to log on to Mathseeds as it is full of fun, interactive lessons to help embed key skills. It also helps to develop and improve their understanding and problem skills further, giving your child a deeper understanding of the topics we are teaching in school.
The class who has engaged with Mathseeds the most is Pearl class with Sapphire class in 2nd place - well done Reception! The children who have completed the most lessons this week are:
Pearl - Elena and Vinuli
Sapphire - Ralph and Harrison
Emerald - Julia and Jessica
Ruby - Joey and Vidhura
Amethyst - Lucy and Vinuth
Diamond - Alfie and Mia
