Thank you for your support this week with changes to school day due to snow and a special thank you to the class parent reps for helping by relaying messages.
As you can imagine the decision to shut the school is not one we take lightly, there are staff ratios, catering, site clearance and most important of all, the safety of staff and pupils whilst both at school and whilst commuting to consider. So a huge thank you for all those parents who were so supportive.
We are currently looking at options with regards re-scheduling World Book Day and will be in touch in due course.
Library Visits: Please see the attached information from the village library.
Football Boots: Please ensure football boots are not worn inside the school as they damage the wooden floors.
Buggies and Pushchairs: Due to fire evacuation procedures we will be grateful if do not bring buggies or pushchairs into the school building as they could cause an obstruction in an emergency.
Sports Relief: is on Friday March 23rd. Children may wear the kit for a sport that they participate in for a suggested £1 donation to Sport Relief. During the day the children will take part in different sporting activities.
Hopefully we will see you all on Monday Morning!
