Infant - Weekly Email

Dear Parents/Carers,
 
Candlelight Parade: The lanterns are coming home today with those who are attending the parade. Please do not light the tealight until you are in the school playground. The lanterns will not be collected after the parade, please return the lantern to school on Monday morning.
 
Walk on Wednesday: Well done to Emerald class who won our Walk on Wednesday competition this week with 86% of children walking. This week the children can wear a decorated bobble hat to school as well as their trainers.
 
Junior School Christmas Fair: This great event is next Friday 1st December, from 5.00 pm - 8.00 pm. It would be lovely to see lots of you there.
 
Thank you tea/coffee morning - we would like to invite all of our parent helpers, readers, class reps, governors and PTA committee members to join us for tea/coffee on Friday 8th December between 08:45 and 09:30 at the Infant School. Please let the school office know if you able to attend.
 
Children In Need: We are pleased to announce that together the two schools raised £512.00. Many thanks to everyone who supported this cause.
 
Plea for donation: The school are in need of a portable radio/CD player for use in the Memorial Hall.  If you have one that you no longer need or want, please could you contact either Mr McCune or the School Office.
 
Revised Allergen Sheets: Please see attached allergen sheets for the current menu. Our hub kitchen have highlighted some of the items that have changes.
 
PFO Football: Please see attached flyer for the Christmas Camp.
 
Messy Church: Please see attached flyer for Messy Church this Sunday.
 
Amersham School Christmas Fair: Please see the attached flyer for the Amersham School's Christmas Fair which is on Sunday 26th November 11am-3pm.
 
Accident-Free in CSG: Making strides!
 
We hope you are enjoying the convenience of the parking permits. You may notice that local residents requested a repaint of the Keep Clear road markings opposite the school - a timely reminder to us to not block that area.
We'll be meeting the Bucks County Council Transport Councillor soon to discuss safety on School Lane. Please feel free to pass any ideas you have to the office or to Carolyn Ley.
Meanwhile, the vehicles below were stopped or parked inconsiderately or illegally this week. Please find alternative parking.
