Infant - Weekly Email

Dear Parent/Carer,

Harvest Festival: It was lovely to see so many of you at the Church Service and we would like to thank you for your generous donations. We raised £174.89 to pass on to the Chiltern Food Bank.

Sickness and Diarrhoea: Please be aware that we have had a number of cases over the last few days. We hope you are not affected over half term.

Revised Menu: Our hub kitchen have changed the menu for after the October half term. Please see attached the revised menu and allergen information.

Half Term Junior Tennis Camp: Please see the attached flyer.

Accident-Free in CSG:
Did you know there are 3 houses behind the Keep Clear?

If you are one of the drivers who regularly block all or part of the Keep Clear zone, you are obstructing access to these homes in Rectory Gardens.

Blocking the Keep Clear zone can also be dangerous. Our children need a safe place to cross - where they can see potential traffic coming up the hill. That's why we use this corner as our preferred 'crossing corner'. Please do not obstruct the Keep Clear zone and remind grandparents and carers too.

Please could the drivers of the vehicles below find safe and considerate parking away from School Lane:

BAGS2SCHOOL
Please fill your Bags for Bags2School ready for us to collect on Thursday 2nd November. Collection locations will be announced prior to that day.  If you can’t bring on the Thursday, please hand your bag(s) to a member of the PTA in the Playground on Tuesday or Wednesday.

SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAYRE
The Book Fayre will return to the Infant School week commencing 6th November and will run all week ending on Friday 10th November.  Details about the Book Faye (timings, etc) will be announced  the week after half term.

FOREIGN/OUT OF DATE COINS
If you are jetting off on holiday this half term, please do bring back any small change (or notes!) for our foreign coin collection bucket in the office. We also collect any out of date currency from anywhere around the world, so have a look down the back of the sofa, in the ‘man’ drawer and ask your family/colleagues/friends too.

Thank you!
