Infant - Weekly Email

Dear Parents/Carers,
Emerald Class Assembly: Well done to Emerald Class for their enthusiastic performance this morning! It was great to hear about all their learning this term.
Mobile Phones: Please can we remind you that it is not appropriate to use a mobile phone when on school premises, whether it be whilst attending a meeting or helping in class.
Milton's Head Pub: The Clerk to Chalfont St Giles Parish Council has spoken to Building Control regarding the fencing around the site and they have said that they have few powers to force the demolition contractors to change the fencing. Please can we ask you to keep your children a safe distance from the fencing.

Strawberry Fayre

A huge thank you to everyone who braved the extremely hot weather on Saturday to come along to the Strawberry Fayre.  We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!  Thank you also to all the parents and helpers who put in time and effort to help with set-up / during / clear-up - your help & support is invaluable.  Keep an eye on our Funding Total in the Infant Playground with an update!

Party In the Park - Saturday 8th July, 5.30-10pm, The Shakman Field

Hopefully you've seen that tickets for Party In the Park are on sale.  Please get your order in quickly - it's a very popular event and we really wouldn't want you to miss out.  Just to clarify, Party In the Park is open to all but is being run by the Infant School only this year.

With live music, a pre-order BBQ, a well-stocked bar and plenty more, it really is a fabulous event for all.

Accident-Free in CSG: Thanks for your support!
A particular thanks to our parking patrol volunteers who come out in the rain, hail or blazing sunshine to help keep your children safe. If you can offer 30 minutes of your time to help one morning or afternoon, please email Carolyn Ley.
This week the following cars were parked illegally on double yellow lines on Silver Hill or unsafely around the Memorial Hall and School Lane.
