Visitor badges: If you have been issued with a regular visitor badge and lanyard please can you return them to the school office as soon as possible. Due to the number of forgotten or missing lanyards we are reviewing the way we record our parent helpers and will up date you with new details as soon as possible.
Candlelight Parade and Christmas Light Switch On. Please can all those who have said they will attend be in the school playground on Saturday by 5.40pm in preparation to receive their tea light and walk down to the Village Green.
PTA Craft Fayre: Please do come to our craft Fayre 2-5pm at the Memorial Hall and invite friends, family & neighbours! Flyers were sent out in Book Bags last Friday with the details. There will be lots of lovely stalls and activities for the children so please do pop along and support the school!
Thank you drinks: We would like to invite all Governors, PTA, regular parent helpers and reading rota adults to join us for a thank you coffee and cake in the Dining Hall at the Junior School between 09:00 and 09:45. Please email the School Office, by Tuesday 13th December, if you are able to join us.
Year 1 Trips: On Monday afternoon children will be bringing home their PE Kits in order to come to school wearing them on Tuesday. On Thursday the children will need to be at school at 8.30am promptly in order to leave on time. Please ensure that on BOTH occasions children bring a packed lunch with them in a disposable bag.
Christmas Production Costumes: Please can you ensure your children's costumes for the Christmas production are in school on Thursday 1st December at the absolute latest.
Best dressed Christmas window competition: 'Chalfont St Giles Parish Council will be running a best dressed Christmas window competition for the shops in the High Street in Chalfont St Giles and Three Households. The competition will run from 26 November to 16 December.
Each shop will have a Christmas Window display and hidden within the display will be a letter of the alphabet. When all of the letters are collected they will make up a phrase or saying.
When the children have collected all of the letters and chosen the best window, they can put their completed entry into the Christmas Box in the village library. On the 17 December a draw will be made from the winning entries and a prize will be given to the first child picked.'
Children are bringing the entry forms home today.

PTA Christmas Party Saturday 10th: we're almost 3/4 full for the parties, so hurry and book your places now!
In January we shall be holding a Toy Amnesty week whereby you can drop off any no longer wanted toys! So if you're thinking of having a clear-out before Christmas, please bag up your toys and we'll take them off your hands in January. This will also include any Dressing Up costumes no longer needed! More details to come out at a later date!!
