Infant - Reading superstars and Maths champions

Dear Parents and carers
I hope you have been enjoying the World Book Day activities this week, if you haven't had a chance to visit the World Book Day site yet here is a link for the official World Book Day song.

'For World Book Day 2021, we are SO EXCITED to announce the first-ever official World Book Day song! Get on your feet for the nation’s favourite rapping English teacher MC Grammar, who has created a brilliant book-themed tune to help us celebrate World Book Day! Hooray!'
Hopefully, you noticed the planning has a digital book token so you will not need to collect one from school. If you didn't spot it, I have attached the token to this email.
Well done to the following children who have been reading superstars using Reading Eggs and Reading Eggspress and maths champions on Mathseeds. The children who achieved the most usage last week (22nd - 28th February) were:

Reading Eggs -
Jack from Emerald class
Alex from Sapphire class
Xander from Pearl class
Reading Eggspress
Daisy from Ruby class
Poppy from Emerald class
Oscar from Amethyst class
Jack from Emerald class
Helena from Diamond class
Poppy from Emerald class

Usage in Reading Eggs and Eggspress is worked out by:- Total count of Lessons completed, Number of assessments completed, Spelling lessons completed, Stadium games and Books read.
Usage in Mathseeds is calculated by - Total count of Maths lessons completed, Driving tests attempts and Number of quiz attempts.  
Keep working, you are all doing a great job. Remember to take a break from screen time and try to get some fresh air and exercise every day.
